2D Animator

Roles & responsibilities:
Read scripts and storylines to understand animation requirements
Develop storyboards for the initial stages of production
Create models, drawings and illustrations by hand or electronically
Join images with background graphics and special effects.
Ensure synchronization of frames and audio
Participate in editing process.
Requirements :
Knowledge of 2D, stop motion and computer-generated animation.
Proficient in CGI software (Photoshop)
Comfortable working with deadlines and budget restrictions.
Degree in computer animation, 3D/graphic design, fine arts or relevant field is preferable.

Roles & responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally with UX, engineering and product management on the design of new / existing games from concept through production
- Create and own the implementation of fun, engaging systems and features.
- Develop and iterate the core loop, and model a balanced game economy.
- Understand the player and voice the player’s emotional experience with the game
- Create clear and complete game design documentation.
- Assess and apply qualitative and quantitative feedback to improve game engagement, monetization, and retention.
- Game economy basics
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years experience in mobile game design with at least 1 years in live ops
- Experience creating game mechanics, features, and content
- Solid understanding of basic economy balance and tuning
- Experience writing clear and concise game design documentation, specs, user flows, and feature documentation
- Strong knowledge of free-to-play games in general, and sports genre is added advantage
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills; ability to identify and solve key
- problems creatively with minimal guidance
- Experience in Unity game engine is a plus
